Each item offered and created by Beauty of Impermanence is crafted specifically for you. Consequently, Beauty of Impermanence does not entertain requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Additionally, any modifications to orders cannot be accommodated after 24 hours from the time the order is initiated. If you realize an error in your order, please promptly contact us at support@beautyofimpermanence.com.
In rare instances, it is possible for items within an order to sustain damage during transit. Should any of your product(s) arrive damaged, kindly forward detailed and clearly visible photographs of the damage, along with images of the packaging, to support@beautyofimpermanence.com. In situations where one or more product(s) is significantly damaged, Beauty of Impermanence reserves the right to either restore or replace the damaged item(s) at its sole discretion following a thorough review of the submitted photos ("Damage Review"). By requesting a Damage Review, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
1) photos of damaged areas of product(s) must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format;
2) photos of damage must be received by Beauty of Impermanence no later than seventy-two (72) hours after the indicated delivery date of the respective order by the responsible shipping provider;
3) photos of the damage must be taken immediately upon receipt of the product(s), and the product(s) must not have been hung, placed, or otherwise installed prior to capturing images of the damage;
4) a Damage Review necessitates a minimum of thirty (30) business days for completion and Beauty of Impermanence may opt to replace or repair the damaged product at its sole discretion.
5) the delivery of a replacement product, if applicable, is contingent upon the prevailing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability, and shipping timelines, and you may incur the cost of return shipping if Beauty of Impermanence chooses to repair or replace the product(s).
